This one-person office position is working directly with the President, and Office Manager.
Basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable and payable knowledge required.
Candidate should be well organized and self-sufficient and able to manage their time well.
Position Requirements:
Office Admin Duties:
Project Set-up Request certificates of insurance, bonds, and manage city licenses Set up temporary utilities.
Call and maintain OUPS Organize files and project binders Responsible for the ordering and coordination of all office supplies Coordinate new hire orientations and paperwork.
Run errands as needed.
Assist with preparing bids Accounting Duties:
Review invoice pricing to match vendor quotes.
Process invoices A/P & A/R Manage T&M billings - Excel Assist with payroll and monthly AIA billings
Qualifications:
QuickBooks a must 2
years in construction administration/accounting Microsoft office Good work ethics Work well independently Ohio Notary a plus Job Type:
