Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative duties and operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail - Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and payments - Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing - Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic - Provide support to staff members by assisting with various tasks as needed Requirements:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software for budgeting purposes - Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Experience in training development is a plus - Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette We are looking for a highly organized individual who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, human resources, and office management.
