This is more of an entry-level job than a job for someone with extensive experience! Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer support and assistance to clients and visitors - Answer phone calls professionally - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling inquiries and resolving issues - Schedule appointments - Maintain social media postings Desired Skills - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software - Familiarity with general office tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Position may require occasional telephone duties outside of regular office hours.
