Property Manager
Huge Earning Potential -- Own Your Portfolio!
Looking for a Property Manager to oversee approximately 300 apartment units. The Property Manager will ensure the wellbeing of the residents, first and foremost, while maintaining minimum 98% occupancy and monthly rent collections. Base salary plus monthly incentive pay. Potential to earn over $115k!!!!
Job Duties:
Operate the property within financial guidelines/budget. Exceed predetermined metrics by increasing income and decreasing expenses. Maintain occupancy. Maintain direct supervision of staff, including scheduling and delegation of duties. Enforce company policies and procedures. Report weekly and monthly metrics to the Regional Property Manager. Court appearances as necessary. Develop and maintain resident retention programs, tenant appreciation events. Oversee Leasing. Oversee Maintenance. Ensure property compliance with OSHA, city regulations and Fair Housing guidelines. Manage vendors.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Fair Housing
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years of property management experience
- Leadership experience
- General knowledge of systems (Appfolio knowledge is a plus), Google drive, M.S office
