LEASING AGENT

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of our property, ensuring high levels of occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to set competitive rent prices and identify strategies for attracting new tenants.
Lead and coordinate the leasing process from marketing and showing properties to lease signing and tenant onboarding. Provide excellent customer service, responding to tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support property maintenance by coordinating with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure the property is in top condition.
Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Manage financial tasks, including rent collection, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management, sales, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and leasing laws.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
